Led end-to-end redesign of the onboarding experience across web and mobile, reducing activation drop-off from 58% to 27%. I also redesigned the home experience to accelerate early value, increasing first-session link creation per user from 0.8 to 3.2 and improving activation and engagement. In parallel, I partnered with Product and Design leadership to explore the impact of a company rebrand, using executive concept exploration and AI-assisted research synthesis to accelerate iteration.
